Title-thinker's Block
Sometimes I feel that I wonder aimlessly. I mostly wander aimlessly too, but I think wondering aimlessly is worse. I wonder why I wonder. I wonder why I ask 'why' also.
Ha Ha Ha Ha... (Thats my style of laughing at things)
Life is, amazingly, two-faced. Very amazingly indeed.
Every night has a day and every head has a tail. Now please dont touch the back of your head to verify. I was talking about coins you see.
I seem to feel I am like a normal human being and even I, surprisingly, have a propensity to love. Not that Im a 'janaavar' or something but I never thought one actually wanted 'that' to live. So, whats the problem you might ask. If you didn't, please ask.
I would've not made something like this public, but now that you asked, I think its my duty to tell you he truth. Well, I know Im not letting out some Top-Secret Indian Army secrets, but I'd rather not tell.
Okay, If you force me so much, I'll tell you.
What is the problem if one needs love to live ?
(In this special case 'one' = me)
The problem lies with 'my friend'. Yes Yes, 'my friend' my friend.
She is called life and as I said, she is two-faced. She believes in reciprocation. She takes what she gives.Equally.
More the amount of delight I acquire from having something, more is the anguish I receive when I don't have it. More I enjoy something, more I suffer when I lack it. The more I enjoy sleeping in AC, more is the magnitude of botheration that Mr.PowerCut offers.
Similary, The more I would love someone, the more pain I'd have when I dont have the other with me. I wonder how english has put such intense emotion in a simple 4 letter word 'pain'. If I come to think of it, I come to the conclusion that there'll surely be a time when I don't have, what I love. And as you know everything must vanish.
And yeah, afterall, 'Pain pains more than Joy joys'.
This statement reminds me of the difference between a fly and a mosquito. A fly can fly but a mosquito cannot mosquito.
So now, what do I love that doesn't perish ?

Mani well done, its an awesome post. mazaa aa gaya.
But i reckon you are at fault if you consider loving someone with materialistic pleasures auch as AC etc
I know exactly what you imply but my friend, love is unconditional, if I love someone I dont put a condition that she has to love me as well.To love someone is independent of the other person's response.To inhibit your feelings for the fear of the unexpected reaction is, I guess not the way to go.When you talk about the life the two faces how its so lovable and enjoyable one day and the very next day it is anguishing and unforgiving, i have a few runtime lines for you
saagar si ghehraai se nikalke jo parbat pe chadhta hai,,,
us insaan ke liye hi sabse dilkush woh nazaara hota hai,,,
sooraj bhi toh har din doob kar, har roj chadhta hai,,,
unke naa milne se hamaara pyaar ka ehsaas kahaan ghat-ta hai ,,,
my friend give it a try and cheer up

No... its as perishable as the AC
.To love someone is independent of the other person's response
Agreed. But that pain is not independent of the other's presence.
To inhibit your feelings for the fear of the unexpected reaction is, I guess not the way to go
Hehehe.. Im not being pessimistic.. Just being realistic and aware.
unke naa milne se hamaara pyaar ka ehsaas kahaan ghat-ta hai
with the pain of seperation, love increases and so does pain. recursive relation hai!
Im not dismayed. Im cheerful. But Im just trying to find what I want.

no mani people dont behave like machines because they can feel what you might be feeling or least they can try to emote.
and if you are hurt by her absence then If you really her then the joy of that will overwhelm th epain of not being near.To fear is only being really shy and not giving yourself and the othe person a chance,I know its easier said than done but its the truth.with the pain of seperation love doesnt increase its only th eposessive instinsts that hurt you, love is not a function of intimacy,Trust me on this

abey!! her her her kyu kar raha hai!!
im speakin very generally
love is not a function of intimacy I agree.
but posessiveness cannot be ignored.
And! With the pain of seperation love increases. trust me on that!

Gita mein likha hai, that you must get involved only with what is constant (and un-perishible) and there is only one thing that is constant, and that is bhagwan :-)...hope this philo helps :-)

Pain can also be a sweet joy:)
By Rays Of Sun, at November 10, 2005 9:43 AM
u must hear the song 'pain is so close to pleasure' by queen.
By mIncl, at November 10, 2005 9:29 PM
Indeed very nice!!!but as u said "the two faced" thing,why dont u see the othr side of love??
love gives pain..i agree but it gives a lot more than that.It teaches u how to live,how tocare,how to find happiness wen othr's smile!!
Moreover,wen u lov sum1,u shd lov selflessly!There shd b no expectations..pure eternal love,unconditional,but hey...main kise samjha rahi hoon?:-p
u know wat Mani,u boys r lik a coconut..m nt talking of appearance or colour;)..but u re so soft n fragile frm inside...& we gurls r ur backbone,we can bear more pain. U boys cant bear any pain thts why u re running away frm love n thts it!!!(dnt feel offended!!)
take care n keep writing such chapaats...all the best to u!!
looking forward to hear frm u!!

@anon

@romi
pain might be close to pleasure but its not exactly pleasure. :D
@anon2
i never say dont love
just teme who 2 love dude
i believe in ideal relaitonships.
i believe u that girls are much more tolerant.. i dunno why...
but yaar think.. afterall, who does not run away from pain ????
By Kaala Kavva, at November 11, 2005 12:53 AM
@vikram
yaa! i love those lines too.. people seemed to not like it much though.. we're alike
@rinku
if you're so happy, what problems could I have ???
I tried 2 make it a little chapaat alongwith serious so that people dont sleep while reading.
compare love to AC, it shall end
Perfect love, which was being reffered to, is not being able to live without the beloved.
absolutely... missing is due to love... but dont call it love. call it attachment.
By Kaala Kavva, at November 11, 2005 5:57 AM
"i believe u that girls are much more tolerant.. i dunno why...";sun kar achha lagaa:)
cz generally boys always try to hide thr weaknesses frm gurls...u know the EGO thing!!!
& u dnt hav to ask me "who to lov?"..true love can come anytime in ur life..n may u find that very soon!!
jahan tak "pain" ki baat hai,u hav 2 face it!..say,i want to b'come a doc but i know tht its nt at all easy,i ll face a lot of difficulties,failures etc,, but if i stop trying i'll never b able to be one!!
so,forget the pains n remember the pleasures n u ll love everything around u!!:)
All the best to u!!
neways u can call me Ms.D(no no ,,NO relation with the "D" company!!)
By Anonymous, at November 11, 2005 6:23 AM
@anon
i never hide my weaknesses.. (hai hee nahi kuch.. hehe)
anyways jus kiddin
true love mil jayega, to spontaneously ho jayega

By AJ, at November 11, 2005 9:25 AM

I have been following a site now for almost 2 years and I have found it to be both
reliable and profitable. They post daily and their stock trades have been beating
the indexes easily.
Take a look at Wallstreetwinnersonline.com
